STABILIZER – AL1 is specially designed for low-fat cow butter and cream cheese. It works to emulsify fat, improving texture and consistency. The stabilizer also prevents the formation of fat droplets when the butter or cream cheese is cut or spread. It allows for easy lubrication even at low temperatures and helps extend the product’s shelf life by reducing water activity, which slows microbial growth.

Dosage: 1.2 to 2 kg per 100 kg of product, depending on the desired texture and stability.
