CLASSIC BREADING

CLASSIC BREADING includes seasoning mixture designed specifically for breading chicken nuggets, providing a classic flavour and texture.

Grades:

Liquid BG 427: A dry mixture diluted 1:1.6 with water.

Final SFC Classic: A dry mix for final breading.

Ingredients:

● Natural flavors

● Spice extracts

● A combination of different types of starches and flours.

Preparation Instructions:

1. Wash, cut, and dry the cooled meat.

2. Season the meat with salt at a rate of 13 g/kg.

3. Allow the seasoned meat to stand in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

4. Immerse the meat in Liquid BG 427, diluted 1:1.6 with cold water (keep refrigerated).

5. Drain excess liquid and roll the meat in Final SFC Classic.

6. Fry the breaded meat at 160°C for 4-4.5 minutes.

Application:

Best suited for Bon Fillet Chicken Bites.
