COCOA FLAN includes dry mix for preparing cocoa flan cream.
Recipe:
● Cream (30-35% liquid): 520 g
● Fresh Milk (3-3.6%): 330 g
● Cocoa Flan Mix: 150 g
● Final Product: 1000 g
Contents: Granulated sugar, natural cocoa powder (12%), modified starch, natural flavours, salt.
Preparation: Heat cream and milk to 80°C, then gradually add the Cocoa Flan mix while stirring continuously. Pour into appropriate molds and refrigerate until set.
