BBQ MARINADE is red, oil-based marinade with a smoky flavour for grilled pork.
Recipe:
● Meat: 1000 g
● BBQ Marinade: 50 g
Contents: Salt, black pepper, mustard, paprika, garlic, smoke flavour, natural flavours and spices, vegetable fat.
Method of Operation:
● If the meat is not minced, season it with 5 g of salt per kg of meat.
● Spread the marinade evenly over the meat and let it rest for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
● For enhanced flavour, it is advisable to marinate for 24 hours.
Best Suited For: Pork, neck steaks, and skewers.
