MUSHROOM SAUCE includes combined seasoning mix with three types of Italian dried mushrooms for quick and easy preparation of mushroom sauce.
Recipe: Instant mushroom sauce – 100 g. Hot water – 1000 g.
Ingredients: wheat flour, modified potato starch, dried mushrooms (mushrooms, champignons, Agaricus Bispora), dry skimmed milk, onion, garlic, salt, parsley, natural mushroom flavour.
Dosing instructions: 100 g of instant mushroom sauce are added to 1 litre of boiling water for 3-5 minutes while stirring continuously. At your request, half the amount of water can be replaced with fresh milk or liquid cream.
