SOFT ICE is a dry mix formulated for creating rich and creamy soft serve ice cream. It is available in popular flavours such as chocolate, vanilla, and cream, making it versatile for various dessert applications. This mix allows for easy preparation, resulting in a smooth and indulgent ice cream.
Used for: Production of soft serve cream ice cream
Dosage/Recipe:
● Dry Mix: 300 g
● Cold Water or Milk: 700 ml
Technology:
1. Dilute the dry mixture with cold water or milk in the specified proportion (300 g of Soft Ice mix to 700 ml of water or milk).
2. Beat on high speed for 1-3 minutes until well combined.
3. Let the mixture stand for 15 minutes.
4. Pour into the ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Dosage:
● 300 g per 1 kg of finished product.
