LACTA 91 YOG is a direct lyophilized lactic acid starter culture containing Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus and Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus. This starter is versatile and ideal for producing classic Bulgarian yogurt and Feta cheese. It provides excellent fermentation for a consistent texture and traditional taste.
