YOG 19RI 10U is a direct lyophilized lactic acid starter culture with Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus and Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus. It is designed for the production of classic bulgarian yogurt, delivering a pronounced lactic acid taste and rich yogurt aroma.

Used for: Classic bulgarian yogurt.

Coagulation Time: 3.5 to 4 hours.
