YOG 35RI 10U is a direct lyophilized lactic acid starter containing Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus and Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus, specially designed for making classic bulgarian yogurt. It provides a creamy taste and rich aroma, which is characteristic of traditional Bulgarian yogurt.
