THREE-STAGE SPICE MIXER FOR CHEESEMAKING is a specialized mixture designed to coat cheese, giving it a unique, flavourful, and crispy outer texture. This spice mix enhances the cheese with natural extracts, spices, and dill, providing a distinct taste and aroma. The product is ideal for use in preparing fried cheese, giving it a perfect balance of seasoning and texture.

  • Combination of Different Types of Starches and Flours

Method and Mode of Preparation:

  1. Preparation of Cheese:
    • Immerse the cheese in cold water to prepare it for the coating process.
  2. First Coating (HP Pre-C):
    • Dip the cheese into HP Pre-C to begin the flavoring process.
  3. Second Coating (Liquid HP-C):
    • Prepare the Liquid HP-C by diluting the dry mixture with cold water in a 1:2 ratio. The mixture should be kept in the refrigerator during preparation.
    • Dip the cheese into the prepared Liquid HP-C for an even coating.
  4. Final Coating (Final Cheese):
    • Once the cheese is coated with Liquid HP-C, roll it in Final Cheese, which is a dry spice mixture with a perfect blend of seasoning.
  5. Frying:
    • The cheese can either be frozen after the coating process and fried later, or prepared immediately. If frozen, allow the cheese to “relax” for a few minutes before frying.
    • Fry the coated cheese in hot oil at 160°C to 180°C for 1.5 to 2 minutes. If preparing immediately without freezing, fry the cheese for 1 to 1.5 minutes at the same temperature.

Application:

  • Best suited for creating crispy, flavourful fried cheese. Ideal for use in cheese sticks, cheese bites, or other cheese-based appetizers.

  • If preparing at the moment without freezing, ensure the cheese is coated evenly with the spice mixture for the best flavor and crispy texture.
