Method and Mode of Preparation:
- Preparation of Cheese:
- Immerse the cheese in cold water to prepare it for the coating process.
- First Coating (HP Pre-C):
- Dip the cheese into HP Pre-C to begin the flavoring process.
- Second Coating (Liquid HP-C):
- Prepare the Liquid HP-C by diluting the dry mixture with cold water in a 1:2 ratio. The mixture should be kept in the refrigerator during preparation.
- Dip the cheese into the prepared Liquid HP-C for an even coating.
- Final Coating (Final Cheese):
- Once the cheese is coated with Liquid HP-C, roll it in Final Cheese, which is a dry spice mixture with a perfect blend of seasoning.
- Frying:
- The cheese can either be frozen after the coating process and fried later, or prepared immediately. If frozen, allow the cheese to “relax” for a few minutes before frying.
- Fry the coated cheese in hot oil at 160°C to 180°C for 1.5 to 2 minutes. If preparing immediately without freezing, fry the cheese for 1 to 1.5 minutes at the same temperature.
