BECHAMEL SAUCE

Combined dry mix for quick and easy cooking Bechamel sauce

Recipe:

Mix Bessamel – 200 gr.
Water – 1000 ml.
Finished product: 1200 gr.

Ingredients: modified starch, native corn starch, milk-whey protein, milk whey, cooking salt, natural spices, onion, garlic, vegetable oil

200 gr. of dry mixture of Bechamel sauce is added to 1 liter of boiling water for 3-5 minutes with continuous stirring to compression;

Optionally half the amount of water can be replaced with fresh milk.

DEMI GLACE

Combined spice mixture for quick and easy preparation of Demi Glace sauce

Recipe:

Mix Demys Glass – 95 gr.
Water –  1000 ml.
Finished product: 1095 gr.

Ingredients: wheat flour, potato starch, cooking salt, vegetable oil, sugar, animal collagen, spice extracts, natural flavors, malt extract, natural cocoa

The dry mixture must be added to a liter of boiling water under continuous stirring for 3 to 5 minutes.

Enhances the taste of veal, pork and chicken meat.
