BECHAMEL SAUCE includes combined dry mixture for quick and easy preparation of Bechamel sauce.
Recipe: Bechamel mixture – 200 g. Water – 1000 g. Final product: 1200 g.
Contents:
● Modified starch, native corn starch, milk-whey protein, milk whey, cooking salt, natural spices, onion, garlic, vegetable fat.
● Add 200 g of dry mixture for Bechamel sauce to 1 litre of boiling water for 3-5 minutes, stirring continuously until thickened. If desired, half the amount of water can be replaced with fresh milk.
